How to Issue Invoices Online with Site.pro ERP
A programme that helps to create and manage digital invoices is essential for any business operating in the UAE in 2025.
Site.pro ERP has introduced a new digital platform designed to bring invoicing, accounting for FZE, and e-commerce integration into a single interface, alongside services such as business email hosting, AI-powered website creation, and domain management.
The platform enables businesses to issue invoices online with improved accuracy and faster processing. Multiple users can collaborate at the same time, create reusable templates, share files, and send invoices directly via email. Real-time tracking keeps payment statuses visible, while all documents are securely stored within the system for quick access whenever needed.
Creating an invoice in Site.pro is straightforward and begins in the Sales module. Open the Sales section and select “Create invoice”. The system automatically populates basic fields such as the invoice series, number, and date, allowing you to focus on the sale details.
Choose the buyer from your existing customer list or add a new client. Then enter the products or services being sold: add the item name, unit of measure, quantity, and price, along with any additional entries required. If applicable, you may include a discount or select the correct VAT rate.
Once all information is completed, click Save to add the invoice to your records. You can then print it or generate a PDF, selecting your preferred template, language, and format. Invoices can also be sent directly by email by choosing a template, entering the recipient’s address, and adding an optional message.
All issued invoices can later be found under Warehouse → Sales, providing an organised overview of completed transactions. Businesses that use their own invoice numbering can customise invoice series in the Doc. series settings, ensuring printed documents follow their internal structure.
Site.pro aims to simplify financial administration while ensuring compliance with UAE tax rules. The system automates VAT-compliant invoicing, uses AI to recognise and categorise documents, and offers real-time financial analytics through a dashboard.
Additional tools include VAT return preparation, payroll management, and e-commerce integration, helping businesses link key operational and financial processes while reducing manual work.
Site.pro supports a variety of business types, including sole proprietorships, limited liability companies, and joint-stock entities. It also accommodates multiple currencies and file formats such as PDF, Excel, and XML, making it suitable for companies operating across borders or within multiple Free Zone jurisdictions.
Getting started involves creating an account, entering company details, selecting a template, and sending your first invoice. Once payments are received, statuses can be updated and data exported to external accounting systems if required. For smooth adoption, Site.pro recommends maintaining a standard invoice format, enabling automated payment reminders, and making use of its support resources.
