Porto Bello, the popular Italian restaurant at Grand Millennium Al Wahda, has launched a new menu bursting with autumnal flavours; warming soups, fresh pasta dishes and a unique take on traditional Italian favourites.
Flavours from the forest include wild mushroom and barley broth, risotto with wild cepes and black truffle, and main courses often accompanies by roasted root vegetables.

“We have created a menu which features all the familiar comforting flavours of autumn yet can be light and fresh – perfect for our warm and sunny climate. It comprises some traditional Italian dishes with a modern twist, making it both familiar and exciting for the palate.
