Caviar aficionados will be able to expand their knowledge and palate during an indulgent in-suite caviar sampling experience, at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi.
The sunning beachfront resort is partnering with the internationally acclaimed Gourmet House, the world’s first to produce sustainable Beluga (Huso Huso) from their very own farm, to offer guests an exclusive tasting of five of the house’s Private Collection Caviars, from the comfort of an Ocean Suite.
From Kaluga to Beluga to the king of caviars, Almas, the experts from Gourmet House will guide guests through each of the varieties, differentiating the sizes, shapes and colours, and all paired with a bottle of French bubbles or non-alcoholic beverage. Each type of caviar has a distinct flavor combination that is unique to the individual variety. As a memento of this experience, guests will also take home a 50g tin of Beluga as well as a delicate mother-of-pearl spoon, engraved with the St. Regis logo.
The cost of this unique experience is 3340 AED for one night/two people in an Ocean Suite, with breakfast. Reservations should be made 30 days prior, but can be accommodated up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
The caviar experience is part of St. Regis Aficionado, which allow private access to the world’s premier collections across key passions, including food.
