The developer provided investors and home buyers with updates of the ongoing construction activities across its diverse range of projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai as part of its participation in the 12thedition of Cityscape Abu Dhabi currently underway at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

At Cityscape Abu Dhabi, Bloom Properties is showcasing an extensive selection of residential offerings to investors from stand no. 6D10 in hall no. 6. These projects include Bloom Heights and Bloom Towers in Dubai's Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), as well as Park View and Soho Square mixed-use developments on Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi.

Bloom Properties has also introduced an exclusive zero percent down payment, and waiver on registration fees and service charge for one year on its Abu Dhabi developments. Valid only during the show from April 17 to 19, 2018, the offer is in line with Bloom's efforts to enable buyers to purchase its high-value residential units at convenient terms.

In Abu Dhabi, the main works on Park View and Soho Square are on track in the university neighborhood of Saadiyat, with hand over set for Q4 2018.

In Dubai, Bloom has recently awarded the main construction contract for Bloom Towers, while the construction works at Bloom Heights is also progressing to plan. The developments are scheduled for hand over in Q4 2020 and Q4 2019 respectively.
