Yas Mall marks a year of achievements and successes on November 19th, having brought to UAE and Abu Dhabi a variety of brand new concepts launched for the first time by leading regional and international retail stores. In celebration of this special occasion, the mall has organized an exciting variety of sports and family-themed entertainment suitable for all ages, along with a variety of special offers and exclusive promotions from a variety of global brands.
In keeping with its efforts to bring new and unique experiences to its visitors, Yas Mall will be hosting a ‘Future Champions’ football event. Sports lovers will enjoy a weekend of football challenges and competitions for a chance to win a meet n’ greet with football legends Paolo Maldini, Clarence Seedorf and Dwight Yorke, on November 20th, hosted by the UEFA Champions League Experience. Families will also enjoy a memorable series of events through a variety of circus-themed activities, complete with world-class performers.
As residents and tourists from around the world flock to Yas Island to attend the annual Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix celebrations, Yas Mall will bring a special activation to add to the thrilling entertainment from November 26th to 29th. The mall has partnered with Flash Entertainment for the second year in a row to hold Yasalam Live at Yas Mall, in which several Arab and international celebrities will visit Town Square in a special studio to hold interviews.

Further cementing Yas Mall’s position as a prime hub for fashion, dining and entertainment regionally and internationally, the mall received its first international award from the Retail & Leisure International magazine, as ‘Best International Shopping Centre’, overcoming strong competition from other shopping centres around the world. The one year anniversary was then marked with an award from the Middle East Council of Shopping Centre (MECSC) Gold Award for Design & Development Excellence under the ‘New Developments’ category for 2015.
