Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, Masdar’s CEO, and Jeong Joon Yu, CEO of SK Holdings, today signed a memorandum of understanding to explore future collaboration on clean technology and renewable energy projects. SK Group, a diversified South Korean conglomerate, with a growing interest in providing energy efficient solutions, is also considering establishing its regional headquarters in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi.

The Masdar-SK Group MOU took place as part of a one day visit by a high level Korean delegation, which also included an MOU with the Korean based Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
