The circular issued by the Authority also urged the insurance firms to put Emiratisation on top of their priority lists.

 

Fatima Fatima Mohammed Al Awadhi, Deputy Director of the Authority made it clear in the circular that the Authority will not give approval for any insurance firm operating in the country to open a new branch until it employ the number of citizens decided by the Authority.

 

The circular also urged the insurance firms to recruit adequate number of citizens and give them training.
