Al Rahba Hospital hosted its Employee Appreciation Day on 13th January 2010. Each department identified one member of staff to be recognized for the Excellence Performance Award, with selection on the basis of reliability, professionalism, work ethics and creativity. Departments were also acknowledged via a Departments Achievement Award for furthering the hospital’s mission and vision of service excellence, patient safety and staff satisfaction.

The Hospital is committed to provide all the patients, regardless of their different age groups and conditions, with the proper healthcare needed to attain the highest levels of patient satisfaction among the UAE community.
