Abu Dhabi will host a five-day International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) seminar on nuclear safety May 30 to June 3.

Critical National Infrastructure Authority (CNIA) will organise the event in partnership with Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation (FANR) and Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC).

The seminar will offer delegates from the GCC countries the opportunity to explore the best practices for nuclear safety. They will participate in a series of lectures, workshops and discussions outlining the IAEA requirements and recommendations in the area of nuclear safety.

Over 80 delegates are expected to participate in the seminar at the Intercontinental Hotel.
