The festival was launched by HE Sheikh Sultan Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Chairman, Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, which presents the annual extravaganza, in the grounds of the iconic Yas Hotel and under the shimmering backdrop of the statement properties magnificent night illuminated exterior.

 

Guests were then able to sample an extensive range of food much of it with fusion twists laid on by the hotels from throughout Abu Dhabi city who are hosting the festival’s cast of master chefs who share 25 Michelin stars between them.
