The Department of Economic Development (DED) will launch in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday the Abu Dhabi Centre for Economic Research.

The launching will take place at a special ceremony at Shangri-La Hotel to be attended by international experts on economics and members of Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) of UK.

Director of the Studies at the Department of Economic Development Rashid Ali Al Zaabi said that this initiative emanates from the policy adopted by the Department to achieve a sustainable and diversified economy in the emirate through continued research.
