Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor and Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, the World Youth Judo Championship 2015, being hosted in Abu Dhabi, will kick off on 23rd October at the IPEC Arena in Zayed Sports City.

More than 1,000 athletes from 80 countries, including nine Arab countries, will be participating in the event.

The Hungarian Chairman of the International Judo Federation, Marius Pfizer, said that he is confident of the success of the UAE in providing a typical championship for the youth, thanks to the attention paid to Emirati sport by the UAE's wise leadership, who believe in the importance of this vital sector.
