Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union (GWU), Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF) and President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, has extended her deepest condolences to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on the martyrdom of scores of UAE Armed Forces servicemen who died while participating in the Saudi-led Arab coalition, Operation Restore Hope, to defend the legitimate government in Yemen. 

Sheikha Fatima also expressed her sympathy to the families of martyrs.

Sheikha Fatima reiterated the unequivocal stance of the government and people of the UAE towards sisterly and friendly countries that are facing terrorism, aggression and threats to their security and stability.
