Colonel Nasser Al Maskari, Head of the Operations Department at the Directorate General of Central Operations in the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ, hosted a ceremony to honor members of the Department’s sports team for winning the Iron Man tournament Cup and medals. The tournament is a part of the sports activities program organized by the Abu Dhabi Police during the current sports season 2015.
 
Colonel Al Maskari lauded the efforts of the team that earned it the Tournament cup. He also praised the distinguished achievement made by Sergeant Saud Al Zaabi from the Operations Department, who won the gold medal in the singles competitions, which witnessed fierce rivalry between participants.
 
In his address to the honorees, Colonel Al Maskari said: “This accolade should represent an incentive for all staff members to exert further efforts and aims at motivating them to participate in the various sports activities locally and internationally.” In conclusion, Head of the Operations Department urged staff members to pursue further excellence, success and achievements; and to perform exceptionally well in all areas.
