The Cultural and Social Activities Section at the Clubs Department, in cooperation with Sports Activities Section at the Strategy and Performance Development Department at the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ, organized a swimming course for the sons of officers working for the Ministry of Interior and Abu Dhabi Police GHQ. Eighty-two boys will participate in the month-long program and receive training on the proper swimming techniques in the swimming pool at the Abu Dhabi Police Officer’s Club.   

Captain Yaaqoub Yusuf Al Hammadi, Social Events Branch Manager at the Clubs Department, Abu Dhabi Police, said, “Swimming professionals will teach officers’ children the correct swimming techniques and the advanced methods of swimming during this one-month swimming course. Through the new addition of this course, these children will be introduced to the basics of swimming and its principles, both theoretically and practically, which will empower their athletic talents and abilities.”
