A 70-strong cast and crew of The Royal Moscow Ballet and The Royal Moscow Orchestra have arrived in Abu Dhabi for their June 6th debut performance in the UAE capital of the much-loved fairy tale Cinderella.

The performers, artistic and backup crew will rehearse over the next few days for a 14-show run of the ballet, set to the music of 20th century composer Sergei Prokofiev at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

The 90-minute performances, featuring two lead dancers from the Bolshoi Ballet and some of Russia’s most prominent musicians, including Principal Conductor Sergei Ostetrov.

The group which is readying to take to ADNEC’s stage includes the 30-strong orchestra and 33 dancers.
