Walking away with a brand new, red Fiat 500 sponsored by Western Motors, the authorized distributor of Chrysler Jeep and Fiat in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, Mr. Salim Shaikh was the lucky winner of the 2014 Jewellery & Watch Show’s raffle draw.

Mr. Shaikh has been a resident of Abu Dhabi since 1977 working in HSBC, and has never been fortunate in raffle draws. This year, however, he visited the show with his wife and never expected to win a funky, compact 3-door car! The Fiat 500 was presented to Mr. Shaikh at Western Motors’ Airport Road Showroom in Abu Dhabi.

While picking up the super-mini, he cheerfully said, “In all the years we have been in the UAE, we have visited many exhibitions and been part of several raffle draws. We never won and never put much thought into it either. So, you can imagine how much of a thrill this is for us! The first time we actually win something, it’s a car!”

During the occasion, Mr. Mohammad Al Momani, General Manager of Western Motors, said, “Every year we find ways to engage with the community and fulfill our responsibility as a corporate citizen. Fortunately, the Fiat brand’s artistic and creative personality is a crowd pleaser and donating one away just completes the picture. We are truly happy to be presenting this award-winning vehicle to Mr. Shaikh!”
