Brigadier General Fares Khalifa Obaid Al Farisi, Director General of Guards and Special Tasks at Abu Dhabi Police, hosted a ceremony in his office to honor first phase winners of the H.H Minister of Interior’s Excellence Awards in its third edition, in the Director General Category. The honoring included 25 staff members from the Directorate General of Guards and Special Tasks.

In his speech at the ceremony, Brigadier General Al Farisi emphasized the keenness of the police leadership to enhance the skills and competencies of the directorate’s staff members,  with a view to promote the excellence and innovation approach  adopted by Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.

He added: “The award has been instrumental in spreading the quality and excellence culture across Abu Dhabi Police’s various departments. It has also contributed to encouraging staff members to show excellence and creativity in their tasks, by constantly encouraging and adopting creative proposals, with a view to achieve the coveted expectations of the development process.”

At the end of the ceremony, Brigadier General Fares Khalifa Obaid Al Farisi distributed appreciation certificates to the winners.
