Eight talented UAE Nationals graduated from the first batch of First Gulf Bank’s (FGB) ‘Nujoom’ fast-track management programme.

The Nujoom programme is designed to complement FGB’s strategy of building a sustainable pipeline of talented Emiratis and prepare them to join the rapidlyexpanding network. The main aim of the 18-month program is to expose the young talented Emirati trainees to diverse business functions of the bank through structured departmental rotations. In addition to gaining “on the job” experience and holistic knowledge on the functions of the bank, trainees are able to identify their strengths and career paths through privately-held, regular advisory sessions. At the completion of the program, the trainee is well equipped with the necessary tools and business acumen to excel in his or her chosen department.
