The Al Ain Police Directorate participated in the International Aerobatic Show 2013, an event that is organized by the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority at the Al Ain International Airport in Al Ain city. Participation in the event stemmed from Abu Dhabi Police GHQ’s keenness to establish and enhance the idea of partnership within the community, and reiteratethe importance of strengthening national pride and community values.

The police’s Information and Communication Technology Department were on hand at the event. Various devices and equipment featuring the latest modern and advanced technology used to maintain security and stability were on displayat the exhibition.The police’s participation in the eventhelped in raising visitor’s awareness. At the event, booklets, brochures and giveaways were distributed to the crowds. Special attentionwas paid to the children at the event, as it was the perfect opportunity to increase security awareness among younger age groups, as well as an opportunity to build channels of communication with all members of society. The police took the opportunity to communicate with the event attendees and explain their role in serving the public and maintaining security and stability.
