Emrill, the leading Facilities Management provider in the UAE, has signed a three year facilities management contract with Aldar Properties PJSC to service The World Trade Center Abu Dhabi. 

 

In addition to MEP, housekeeping, concierge and lifeguarding services, Emrill will provide specialist services that include maintenance of ELV Systems, aircraft warning lights, UPS, CO detection, chemical dosing, generators and swimming pools.

Commenting on the agreement, Talal Al Dhiyebi, Executive Director Asset Management, Aldar Properties, said: “The World Trade Center Abu Dhabi is one Aldar’s most iconic developments, and we are delighted to have Emrill – the UAE’s Facilities Management Company of the Year for 2013 – on board to manage these facilities.”

World Trade Center Abu Dhabi, the impressive 166,296 sqm project developed by Aldar Properties, is located in the Old Central Market in the heart of Abu Dhabi and comprises of five major assets that include The Souk with 250 retail outlets, a fully equipped mall with 150 retail outlets and 474 luxurious residential units. The World Trade Center Abu Dhabi will also feature a hotel and commercial units to complete the mixed-use development. This project falls in line with Aldar’s vision to showcase Abu Dhabi as an international business and tourist destination.
