His Excellency Dr. Anwar Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Minister of State for FNC Affairs and Chairman of the National Committee for Combatting Human Trafficking, has honoured the committee’s members for their extraordinary efforts that have contributed to enhancing the UAE’s leading international position in the fight against these crimes.

His Excellency pointed out that since the inception of the committee, the contribution of the members has produced positive results on the international level and highlighted the UAE efforts in combatting human trafficking effectively.
His Excellency said the invaluable contribution of the members has won great appreciation from the international community and have enabled the UAE to play an active role in supporting regional and international initiatives in combatting human trafficking and protecting the victims.

His Excellency Gargash thanked Tariq Lootah, the Undersecretary of MFNCA, and the ministry’s team and commended the annual report of the committee.
