HE Tariq Hilal Lootah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs, asserted that the ministry is to apply human resources systems to the optimum levels and achieve the ideal investment in human capital to achieve the strategic goals of the UAE leadership’s vision.

HE Lootah’s stated this on the occasion of the honouring of the ministry with the ‘Outstanding Strategic Partner Award’ by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources.

“This honour comes as an additional incentive to the ministry’s team effort to strengthen its leadership position in applying the best practices and human resources solutions to enhance the efficiency of individuals and institutions,” HE Lootah said.

HE Lootah thanked the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources team for developing human resources in the public sector based on modern concepts and international standards. He also urged the employees of the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs to pursue high quality work to achieve excellence and creativity.
