HE Sheikh Sultan Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, the Authory’s Chairman, officially opened this year’s Gourmet Abu Dhabi festival at the soon-to-open, five-star, beachfront Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal.

With more than 500 guests turning out for the fortnight-long culinary festival’s glittering Gala Opening, Sheikh Sultan joined a collection of 11 international masterchefs from seven countries - including the UAE’s very own Chef Khulood Atiq - on stage before touring more than 20 food and beverage stations operated by the event’s host venues and sponsor partners.
