Telcos in the Arab world have the capability to create digital spaces and should do so through collaborative efforts. New technologies are leading to new customer behaviour, and we must evolve to meet these requirements,” said Sultan. “We can do this by using our assets and strengths as telcos, to develop an Over-the-Top digital world of our own, customised to the needs of our customers.”
