In a step that reflects its growing reputation and footprint in the regional real estate sector, Green Valley International Real Estate – one of the leading real estate companies in the region, today announced that it is showcasing its iconic project portfolio across the region at the Cityscape Abu Dhabi.

During the exhibition, which will be held between April 22 and 24 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre [ADNEC], the company will display its new developments, including the AED1.5 billion project in Dubai Sports City, the AED1 billion projects in Turkey, and others under way in the UAE, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt and Turkey.

At the exhibition, Green Valley will have a special emphasis on the first-of-its-kind lifestyle-oriented project in Fujairah [UAE], which encompasses a total of 48 villas offering amazing views of the sea and mountains in the Emirate. Green Valley has already started selling units, which is expected to be ready in three years.

Mr Ali Saeed Al Salami, General Manager of Green Valley International Real Estate, said: “The real estate industry is in the midst of a growth curve, and the Cityscape Abu Dhabi offers a unique platform to energize this momentum. As one of the leading players, we take this opportunity to highlight our wide project portfolio – reinforcing both our industry expertise as well as the sector’s strong fundamentals.”

He added: “Our projects offer an excellent growth potential for investors looking for substantial return on investments and we find the time opportune to invest in the booming real estate markets across the UAE, Turkey and the region, and investors who are eyeing good growth should tap into this opportunity.”
