Tranquil waters around Pier One make this the perfect spot for any visitor, and gives people a chance to appreciate the surrounding yachts and outstanding properties.

Tucano Coffee’s first franchise in the Northern Emirates has recently opened providing customer’s high-standard quality and 100% Specialty Arabica coffee. The other new restaurant expected to open soon is the world famous Johnny Rockets. Additional international restaurants will open in the near future to increase the choice for customers when dining at this remarkable new boardwalk. Pier One is open to the public 7 days per week.

Al Hamra Marina is said to be one of the leading marinas in the region due to the perfect wind and sea characteristics that make ideal sailing conditions. We have recently seen one of the EFG Sailing Arabia stop-overs in Al Hamra Marina, providing vital facilities for the racing yachts.
