Heavy Metal stars to make a stop at the FLASH Forum, Yas Island on May 4th

Avenged Sevenfold, announced today that they will be returning to the Far and Middle East beginning April 16th in Tokyo, Japan, for a tour that will culminate in a special show at the FLASH Forum on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi on May 4th.

Avenged Sevenfold has established themselves as one of the biggest rock and roll acts in the world, and this will mark the first time ever the band has performed in the UAE. The band’s album Nightmare was released in July, 2010 and debuted at #1 internationally. Tickets for this special concert will go on sale midday on Tuesday, March 13th. Ticket prices start at AED315. A limited quantity will be available at AED 295 only for fans buying their tickets early.

“We are excited to go back to the Far and Middle East,” said Avenged Sevenfold front man M. Shadows. "We played to some of the most amazing crowds when we toured the album there, and we can’t wait to bring our live show back to our friends in those regions.”

In July 2010, Avenged Sevenfold released their fifth studio album Nightmare, which earned the band its highest-ever debut when it bowed at No. 1 and topped charts internationally. The album spawned three hit singles “Nightmare”,“Welcome To The Family,” and “So Far Away” – each of which peaked at Number 1. Avenged Sevenfold have toured around the globe selling out arenas and headlining major international festivals. The band has played to nearly 1,000,000 people in the last two years. Their breakout album City of Evil and the Live In The LBC DVD have both been certified platinum and the band’s self-titled album has been certified gold all over the world.
