Concert Tours Are Hit or Miss
For some artists, the success of their tours depends on how they are organized, who their opening acts are, and when they are timed. Music listeners are usually amped to attend music festivals and travel to see their favorite musical acts in the summer. Now that most music is being purchased or pirated online, musicians are depending more on concert ticket sales. From the merchandise to the private VIP concert ticket experiences that musical acts offer while touring, they can rake in millions of dollars in a few months. Fans of music go to concerts to enjoy live music. They also want to be entertained with lights, props, and surprises. They’ll come out in droves if they think the concert tickets are worth the money. Otherwise, they’ll continue to stream the music they love and save their money for a concert that promises real entertainment.
